Jackie Slaton is the Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at CETLOE.
As the Assistant Director of Experiential Learning on CETLOE's Teaching Effectiveness Team, Jackie brings a deep commitment to advancing student success through innovative and equity-centered pedagogy. With a track record of producing award-winning experiential learning programs, she has created transformative pathways that equip students from underserved and marginalized communities with vital technology, professional, and leadership skills.
Building on this foundation, Jackie now supports Georgia State University faculty in designing inclusive, high-impact learning environments that mirror the same principles of access, engagement, and real-world relevance. By curating and sharing research-based teaching resources and strategies, she helps instructors implement pedagogical practices that foster deeper learning and student achievement across the university.
