Robert Paraguassu is a 3D artist on the Multimedia team who manages the team’s 3D Design intern and creates animations, comics, and interactive media for CETLOE. As of Fall 2022, he is also a Master’s Student of Virtual Production at Georgia State’s CMII.
A Georgia State University alum, Robert graduated with a B.A. in Film Production in 2004. He has worked in various facets of the industry, including photo studios, ad agencies, production studios, and freelancing. His production credits include commercials, animated TV series, VR experiences, live experiences, music videos and various educational media. In 2016, Robert was even honored with a fancy certificate by the Television Academy for his contributions as 3D Animation Director on the Emmy Award-winning animated TV show, "Archer."
At GSU, Robert’s primary goal is to engage students through animation. He constantly researches, tests and implements cutting-edge technologies to enhance production quality and expand the programs in CETLOE’s repertoire — from Blender to Unreal Engine to the newest AI generative art algorithms.
Outside of professional animation work, Robert enjoys creating animated side projects and learning bass guitar.
