- Biography
Shondra Greene-Harris currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Learning Technology Support at CETLOE. In her role, Shondra designs, develops, and schedules workshops/programs which engage faculty in their professional development and encourage the integration of learning technology into their courses and curricula. Shondra also determines training needs for faculty and learning technologists by compiling and analyzing data with the hope of improving overall service levels and enhancing existing business processes. She especially enjoys the balance of her analytical responsibilities with providing learning technology support.
Shondra earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, an MBA from Albany State University, an M.S. in Computer Science (CIS Concentration) from Georgia Southwestern State University, and an Ed.S. degree in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University. She holds a Distance Learning Certification from UWG and has presented at several conferences and symposiums. Shondra began her career in learning technology in 2002 at Albany State University where she worked with the graduate nursing faculty to create the online FNP program. At ASU, she developed a love for learning technology and has remained in the field ever since.
In her spare time, Shondra enjoys trying new recipes, visiting different restaurants, solving logic puzzles, and watching reruns of “The Office,” “Girlfriends,” “black-ish,” and “Modern Family.”
