With over 10 years of experience designing and developing online courses for higher education, Dr. Spring Brennan now works as an Accessibility Specialist at CETLOE. In her role, she provides course and materials review, course support, and faculty development related to accessibility and technology.
Drawing from 10+ years of professional experience as a web designer and developer, Springs’s expertise includes WCAG/Section 508 compliance, adhering to ADA/Section 504 in online courses, faculty development in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), designing instruction for students with learning disabilities, and web usability (UI/UX design).
Spring holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia. Previously, she earned an M.A. in Writing & Editing from UNC Greensboro and a B.A. in English from the University of Florida.
Her personal interests include house rabbitry, birdwatching, and trying not to overwater the succulents.
