- Biography
Victoria Patterson is a Lead Experience Strategist specializing in product design & research at CETLOE. Her work involves designing and executing UX research projects, turning data into actionable findings, and supporting a team of graduate research assistants. Victoria also guides the UX Student Advisory Board, a committee of students who advise on the UX team’s research goals and objectives. She strongly believes that centering the lived experiences of the diverse GSU community will benefit teaching and learning across the institution.
Victoria has a B.A. in American Studies from Emory University and an M.S. in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She also holds an M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Georgia State University, where her studies focused on students’ sense of community in online degree programs.
Outside work, you can usually find Victoria eating okonomiyaki with her husband or looking for unicorns with her two daughters. She always welcomes podcast recommendations.
