LINKEDIN LEARNING
What is LinkedIn Learning?
LinkedIn Learning is an online self-directed learning tool that offers a wide range of topics to enhance your personal and professional development. While there are thousands of courses to choose from, some highlights include career development courses to master job search strategies and personal branding, communication skills training to excel in public speaking and professional writing, time management and productivity techniques to balance multiple responsibilities, and software skills courses covering essential tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Completion of courses may provide badges or certification that can be shared to a user’s LinkedIn profile.
How to Access LinkedIn Learning:
LinkedIn Learning is FREE to use for all members of the GSU community! You can access the resource from the GSU Linkedin Learning page for direct access. There are also menu links from inside iCollege on the home page and within the course menus for convenience. In addition, users can download the app, available on most mobile devices, to learn on the go.
Instructors can easily incorporate LinkedIn Learning courses and learning paths into your course content to add another layer of education and training to build up your students’ skill set. You can add the links to your modules for students to work through as well as setting up as an assignment or discussion prompt.
